Speed improvements are made using a two-part system.  The first part is the incorporation of a high-speed treadmill which is used to increase sprinting ability by incline running, overspeed training and mechanics refinement.  The second phase is where the skills learned on the treadmill are put onto the ground.  These land-based running, sprinting, and bounding drills will perfect running mechanics and develop that explosive first few steps that are so crucial in almost all sports.
