Welcome to Going Vertical of Buffalo Grove

Going Vertical of Buffalo Grove is an innovative three part program within the Buffalo Grove Fitness Center designed to improve any athlete’s overall athleticism, performance, and confidence. To accomplish this we focus on the three largest contributors to athletic success: speed, agility, and explosive power. Our highly trained, nationally certified staff will help you take your game to the next level whether you are a young athlete developing your skills or an experienced athlete perfecting them.

Get ready for Golf Season with Going Vertical and The Arboretum Club. Join Geoff Tollesfon of The Arboretum and Personal Trainers Kao Saechao and Kris Solarte of Going Vertical/Buffalo Grove Fitness Center to increase balance, stability strength and flexibility. Power training includes golf-specific core exercises to help lead you to dynamic performance.
